Let Mint Residential find the perfect tenant for your rental property Our let-only service encompasses a range of features, such as professional photography, video tours, online marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, the creation of a tenancy agreement, and handling the move-in appointment—all without any upfront expenses.
Fully Managed Service
£400 (plus VAT) plus monthly management fee.
Monthly fees from £65.00 to £100.00 pm
