At Mint Residential, we’re proud to partner with the Friends of Alwoodley Primary to support our fantastic local school. This collaboration reflects our commitment to giving back to the community and helping raise vital funds that enhance the educational experience for all pupils.
As part of this partnership, we’ll donate £250 for every property we sell that comes through a special school referral. It’s a simple way to make a real difference — supporting local families while supporting local education.
We have a personal connection to this wonderful school and feel incredibly proud to support Alwoodley Primary however we can. Since launching Mint Residential in 2024, we’ve been delighted to give back to a place that means so much to us.

In June 2025, we took our support even further by launching our most ambitious sponsorship yet — a strategic partnership with the Friends of Alwoodley Primary School. As part of this partnership, we’ve introduced a profit-share initiative, pledging to donate £250 to the school for every completed sale that comes from a parent, friend, or contact within the school community.
Wigton Moor Gala 2025 and 2026
We were delighted to sponsor the Wigton Moor Gala in both 2025 and 2026, continuing our support for a local club that has been close to our hearts for over a decade.
Our own children have proudly played for Wigton Moor Football Club since 2014, so it means a great deal to be able to give something back to a grassroots club that does so much for local families and young players.
Events like the gala rely on a huge amount of work from volunteers, coaches, parents and organisers. Their time and energy help keep the club inclusive, vibrant and well supported, and we are proud to play a small part in helping that continue.
The club relies heavily on a network of passionate volunteers — coaches, administrators, fundraisers, and team managers — who collectively run the teams, organise fixtures, maintain the grounds, and support events like the gala.
